Day 48--Candy Cane Coffee Cake

Well I finally got to bake tonight!!! :) I made this Candy Cane Coffee Cake which at first seemed like it was going to be a disaster because I wasn't quite understanding the directions on how to fold the dough! Once it came out of the oven, it looked fine and it tasted sooooo good!! In fact, if you want a piece to try I suggest coming to my place tonight lol because I don't suspect much to make it until morning!! It really lifted my spirits to accomplish something and to be able to sit and enjoy it as well!! I love baking, even when you think its not going well, it turns out great!
