Well I got to bake two days in a row!! I was very upset tonight and frustrated and angry, so I decided to bake since I couldn't sleep! I am not a big applesauce fan so really did not think I would like these very much but I had all the ingredients and the recipe seemed simple enough. I was sur
prised to find that these muffins were delicious :) I made the icing though and had alot left over so I kept it to use with one of the cake recipes next!! These muffins took about two hours because of making the muffins and then the icing. Plus there was time in between waiting for things to cool before the next step. They were well worth the time!! Hopefully I can sleep now....Have a great night and Bon Appetit!

I agree, the muffins are delicious!! And Little N and Noah apparently agree as there was nothing left of the muffin I let them split this morning :)
